NEW: Feature/Expansion IO now has "FirstPulseWins" which will signal which of multiple pins went high/low first.
NEW: PWM can now limit the rate it moves between step changes in the input value.
NEW: PWM Can now be configured so if the input stream ceases then the PWM can either hold, revert to a value or turn the PWM off.
NEW: serial pins are no longer confined to the primary, secondary etc. mappings and can now have tx/rx mapped to any pin/connector.

BUGFIX: CAN dialogue fixed on PCs running non-standard DPIs.

IMPROVED: Scaling for many, many controls had drifted in recent versions meaning controls were badly justified, cropped text or overlapped.

IMPROVED: CAN dialogue is now much faster to open.

ADDED: More improvements to tool tip highlighting on streams.

BUGFIX: "Emit Battery" for BioHarness BLE caused reconnects from the Pilot. The Pilot has been fixed and this option works as expected.
